Well, to my surprise, my Film & Music lecture had a movie screening of SILHOUETTE CITY, a documentary that is examining where Christianity is heading to -- war.
This movie is definitely biased, and saying that this movement of Christian "army" is going to be a scary thing.
Silhouette City examines the motivations for adopting apocalyptic worldviews by providing a unique window into the foundational ideas, organizational structure and psychological dynamics of one of the most powerful movements taking root in America today. The film bears witness to the long, dark shadows of fear and intolerance being cast in the familiar landscapes of the homeland.

Here's the Trailer:
One crazy thing is that the director of this film, Michael Wilson, came and did some background explanation, and the first thing he said was about THE CALL. He went to The Call and videotaped some, however the footage did not get into the documentary because it was already done before the event. Anyhow, he specifically mentioned about a UCSD campus club leader who spoke at the very end of The Call on martyrdom. Yes, he was talking about EDDIE BROWN, who I was just about to meet right after class!
Man I wish I had went up to him and invited him to go interview Eddie with me. Anyhow, it was crazy, at least I was the ONLY person in class whose heart was aching.
Had a great time with Eddie, Victor, Helena, and Grace. I told them about what just happened and they were so shocked! There will be another movie screening this Friday @ our school's theatre. Anyhow, we talked about what's on our hearts and brainstorming on what we should do for this season. We still don't know, but we know that prayer is the key.
The video below is made by Michael Wilson on The Call... tell me what you think of it.
