The bus stop on the corner of Rosemead and Las Tunas in Temple City!
I'm loving Goole Map's street view option!
I'm loving Goole Map's street view option!
Tonight at around 7:40pm I left church for home. I was going to make a right on Las Tunas, but I saw two men, one with a walker, sitting at the bus stop by the Mobil gas station. So right then I turned into the gas station, parked, and walked to the bus stop toward them. One man's name is Jesse and his friend's name is Dean, who uses a walker. Jesse told me that they are both having muscular problems since birth, and Jesse's condition is milder than Dean's. He also told me that they are involved in sports events such as special olympics to keep their muscles in healthy condition. I got to pray for both of them and Jesse told me that he feels a little better he guess and Dean told me "NO!". Anyhow...Praise the Lord! =)
As I was praying for dean, a lady came to the bus stop with a cane; along with her was her son, Nick, who was pushing a cart with some groceries from Albertson's. This old lady is from Greece and she has arthritis on both of her knees for 6 years and his son has migraines quite often in the mornings. I got to pray for them and I asked the lady to stand up and see whether she feels any better. She stood up and said, "a little bitter (with her accent: better), thank you." Seeing her facial expression and the tones in her voice, I knew that she was not interested in a second prayer. However I told her that God really loves her and desires to heal her from the disease. As for Nick, he showed much appreciation and told me that the only way to know whether God has healed his migraine is to not have migraines at all! Praise the Lord!
Lastly, Annie told me that Kay had BUS STOP written on her list yesterday for treasure hunt! Isn't God amazing? Jesus, I thank You for showing up at the bus stop tonight. I pray that You will encounter these four people and heal them from sickness and generic diseases! Glory and honor be unto You! I love You so much!
