Johnny's Acts Chapter 42

Give all praise and glory to You O God,
for Jeff has given his heart to You tonight!
Heaven's shaking, rumbling with joyful noise!
Angels are dancing and bowing down at His feet!

To the Lord I cry aloud,
and He answers me from His holy hill.
-Psalm 3:4-

Answer me when I call to you,
O my righteous God.
Give me relief from my distress;
be merciful to me and hear my prayer.
-Psalm 4:1-

Listen to my cry for help,
my King and my God,
for to You I pray.
-Psalm 5:2-

This "LISTEN & ANSWER ME O GOD" appear in almost every psalm that king David wrote, if I'm correct.
No wonder he's the one who's close to God's heart!
No wonder he's full of revelation!
No wonder he's so faithful and righteous!

This was my prayer tonight during Large Group. I had a good day with good classes yet I did not invite the Holy Spirit to be there and walk with me. I felt quite depressed for a while yet I was actually okay. I went to a Investment Society where every Wed night there's a speaker for a certain investment company and talk about finance. Tonight was fun because we were seperated into teams of 4 to compete in a virtual stock market. I teamed up with Alex, Micheal, and Avinash. We did pretty well in the end, not as well as the first place, but we were pretty satisfied. I really learned something practical and understood how the stock market work--how to look for the best stock to buy, and when to sell to gain. So that was really cool and I'll be going to that every week.

Anyhow, so back to Jeff. He went to LG with me tonight was truly touched by the singing and the sharing--Love Changes Everything. He has been longing for a love that would break his chains, and finally I asked him the question yet again.
"So, are you ready to try that strawberry shake now?"
"Yeah. I think so."
The joy in my heart could not be described in words.
God You are truly indescribable. I love You.

"Hey I heard you singing dude. You've got a great voice!"
"Yeah, I was really surprise at how no one seemed to care what others think during worship, so I just let it out."
My heart was stirred. My Lord this man has a heart of worship!

"I think I've found the happy man inside of me.
I'm not emo at all."
Stirred. Again. and Again.
